Airport Casino Basel AG (‘ACB’) regularly organises contests on goldengrand.ch and on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and is therefore responsible for running them. The respective platform operator has nothing to do with these contests and should not be contacted in relation to them.
Unless otherwise stated, the contest begins when the post goes live and ends within 24 hours. The prizes to be won and the rules of the respective contest (especially the conditions for taking part) are stated in the respective post.
All persons residing in Switzerland who have reached the age of 18 and who are not subject to any gambling prohibition are eligible to participate. All employees of ACB are excluded from participation. Participants who are subject to an active gambling prohibition at the time of participation or during the subsequent course of the competition process are excluded from participation and/or from claiming any prize. The organizer reserves the right to verify this in the event of winning. In such cases, any potential prize will be forfeited and redrawn. Subsequent payment of the prize after the lifting of the gambling prohibition is excluded.
The winner(s) will be contacted via the communication channel of the social media platform or another electronic means of communication and will only be entitled to receive the prize if they provide their contact details and accept the conditions of participation.
Prizes that are not claimed by the winner within one month of the draw will be forfeited without replacement. (Exception: event tickets: for these, winners must contact us no later than three days before the event).
There is no cash equivalent available. The organiser’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into about the draw.
ACB further reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if abuse and/or violations of these terms of participation are suspected or determined, or if other important reasons exist. ACB is entitled to make adjustments to the competition mode at any time and to suspend, cancel or prematurely terminate the competition if there are important reasons for doing so.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the competition organiser’s Privacy Policy, which is available at dataprivacy.
The competitions are governed exclusively by Swiss law; the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt.
